Meet Z: Our New Co-EIC!
We are so proud and excited to introduce Z Colimon (they/them), Dreamworldgirl’s newest Co-EIC! Alongside DWG founder Daphne Bryant, Z will lead our team and preside primarily over the Boston branch.
Z learned of Dreamworldgirl during its first issue when a peer of theirs posted a photoshoot she did with the zine! Our work immediately resonated with Z, as they’d felt an unfortunate lack of representation when it comes to girlhood. Dreamworldgirl has filled this gap for Z over the years, and after months of being inspired by our work and mission, Z now gets to shape it.
As Co-Editor in Chief, Z aims to continue DWG’s legacy of representing girlhood in a fun, whimsical manner, and they are very excited to use their lived experiences—both in their personal identity and as a Boston resident—to bring us all together and keep the beautiful nature of girlhood illuminated in our hearts <3
